If no menus are displayed on the Bankruptcy screen in CM/ECF, your access may be blocked because internet payments are due.
To pay filing fees not paid at the time of filing, log into CM/ECF. Select Utilities ⇒ Your Account ⇒ Internet Payments Due.
After making payment, you may need to clear cache or delete temporary files to view the menus in CM/ECF. See How do I clear the temporary internet files or cache from my browser?
