Citizenship Requirements

Employees of the United States courts must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents seeking U.S. citizenship. Non-citizens must execute an affidavit indicating their intent to apply for citizenship when they become eligible to do so.

Employees of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court are required to use Electronic Funds Transfer for payroll deposit.
