Requests for Audio Recordings Not Available in PACER

Use the following steps to request an audio recording that is not available in PACER. Please note that audio may not be available for all hearings.

  1. Complete the Audio Recording and Transcript Order form. Submit a separate form for each court proceeding.
     
  2. Submit the completed Audio Recording and Transcript Order form.
     
    1. E-filers: Use the Request for Audio Recording or Transcript Order event in CM/ECF and attach a completed Audio Recording and Transcript Order form in PDF. If you are requesting more than one recording, docket the event separately for each recording request and attach the appropriate request form.
       
    2. Non-electronic filers may submit completed order forms by mail to:

  3. Pay the fee for each audio recording requested. Full payment is required before the audio recording will be made.
     
    1. Requests submitted in CM/ECF must be paid while filing the order form.
       
    2. Requests submitted by non-electronic filers may be paid online at this link: https://www.mnb.uscourts.gov/online-payments.
       
  4. Once the order and payment has been received, a copy of the recording will be produced. The Clerk’s Office will contact the requestor to make delivery arrangements.
