Installment payments:

Individual debtors unable to pay the full filing fee at the time of filing the petition may file an Application for Individuals to Pay the Filing Fee in Installments. If the Application is granted, the debtor is required to make the installment payments as specified in the Court's order. The option to pay filing fees in installments is available only to individual debtors; non-individual debtors must pay their filing fees in full at the time of filing their petitions.
