Filing Procedures

• Scan and save Reaffirmation Agreement and Cover sheet (From 427)  as a PDF document.
  • Click Bankruptcy
• At Claim Events click Other Claim Events
  • Enter Case Number
  • Click Next
• Select Reaffirmation Agreement
  • Click Next
• If a case is closed, an application to reopen and order granting must be filed before filing the document.
  • Click Next
• Enter the creditor’s name to agreement (the Debtor)
• Enter Property
  • Click Next
• Select Undue Hardship, if applicable
  • Click Next
• Select Signed by Attorney for debtor, if applicable
  • Click Next
• Browse for PDF file
  • Click Next
  • Click Next
• Review docket text
  • Click Next to submit
