The Court has issued an en banc order regarding procedures for access and management of sealed documents. Sealed documents will continue to be filed in CM/ECF under existing procedures but will no longer be viewable by electronic means. Because sealed documents filed in CM/ECF are no longer accessible or viewable electronically, service and notice of such documents must be accomplished by other appropriate means. The court will serve and notice sealed documents by mail. Parties, with the right to access a sealed document, who need a copy of a sealed document must contact the clerk’s office to request a paper copy; applicable copy fees will apply. Please note that these changes only apply to sealed documents; the changes do not apply to documents that are restricted from public access (e.g., social security number statements).
