Effective October 1, 2011 the Minnesota Bankruptcy Court will discontinue transmitting Official Form B10, Proof of Claim, through the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC). Proof of claim forms will be available at the clerk's offices in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Duluth or at www.mnb.uscourts.gov .
