NEW CHAPTER 13 STANDING TRUSTEE APPOINTED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2013

The United States Trustee has appointed Gregory A. Burrell as Standing Chapter 13 Trustee in the District of Minnesota, effective October 1, 2013. Mr. Burrell takes the place of Jasmine Keller, who is retiring.
 
Mr. Burrell is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and brings to his new position a wealth of experience and training in the area of bankruptcy law.
 
On October 1, the Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Office will transfer all pending chapter 13 cases currently assigned to Trustee Jasmine Keller to Trustee Gregory Burrell. A docket entry noting Ms. Keller's retirement and Mr. Burrell's appointment will document this change. The entry will initially be entered as a "private entry," to prevent the sending of thousands of email notices, but will be changed to a "public entry" once the transfer process is completed, so it will be viewable on the docket in each affected case.
