The Judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota have approved for notice and comment amendments to Local Rules 2016-1(d) and 9013-2(c) and new Local Rule 9019-2. The text of the proposed rule changes is available here. Comments will be accepted through February 13, 2015.
