The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota is issuing for public comment proposed amendments to several local rules in the 1000 and 9000 series. The proposed amendments include two new Local Rules: Local Rule 9013-4. Corporate Ownership Statements and Local Rule 9036-1. Notice and Service on Non-Filing Users and Trustees. The Court also seeks to abrogate three forms.

Comments should be provided in writing to the Clerk of Court at bankruptcypracticecommittee@mnb.uscourts.gov. The Court will consider adoption of the proposed amendments after reviewing any comments or suggestions submitted on or before January 27, 2023.
