The Judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota have approved for notice and comment proposed amendments to Local Form 3015-1 , the Chapter 13 Plan form.

A redlined version of the proposed revised plan form is available here. Comments will be accepted through July 16, 2021.
