On Sunday, March 9, 2025, PACER will be undergoing maintenance from 4:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m Central Time.  PACER users and CM/ECF e-filers may experience intermittent authentication issues when signing in, and intermittent connection issues when making payments through Pay.gov.

Users can access PACER during this maintenance. However, if connectivity issues occur, users should reset their connection or refresh their browser.
