Due to a postal worker strike in Canada, bankruptcy noticing has been impacted. The Bankruptcy Noticing Center has attempted delivery, but all notices have been held at the Canada/U.S. border. Accordingly, Canadian recipients have not received court-issued notices since November 15, 2024. Please note that Canadian recipients have also not received notices electronically as electronic service is unavailable to international recipients. As of December 17, 2024, Canadian mail service has resumed but there will continue to be delivery delays into January 2025.
