  • Director’s Form 1340
• Civil Rules 6, 15, 72, and new Rule 87
• Criminal Rules 16, 45, 56, and new Rule 62
• Evidence Rules 106, 615, and 702

The amendments govern all proceedings commenced on or after December 1, 2023, and all proceedings then pending "insofar as just and practicable." 28 U.S.C. §§ 2074-2075.
