ATTENTION recipients of notices concerning WYNIT Distribution, LLC, WD Navarre Holdings, LLC, WD Navarre Digital Services, LLC, WYNIT Holdings, Inc., WD Navarre Canada, ULC, et al

WYNIT Distribution LLC, WD Navarre Holdings, LLC, WD Navarre Digital Services, LLC, WYNIT Holdings, Inc., WD Navarre Canada, ULC, WD Navarre Distribution, LLC and WD Encore Software, LLC filed chapter 11 bankruptcy cases on September 8, 2017. At the time these chapter 11 cases were filed, these companies provided the Bankruptcy Court with a list of approximately 18,000 individuals and entities the companies believe may have been their creditors. In compliance with federal statutes and rules, the Bankruptcy Court sent notice of the commencement of these bankruptcy cases to those 18,000 individuals and entities on the list provided by the debtor companies.

Recently, these bankruptcy cases were converted to cases under chapter 7, and a second notice of the chapter 7 case was sent to the same list of 18,000 individuals and entities.

You received these notices because you were among the 18,000 individuals or entities identified by the debtors as their creditors. Please be advised that employees of the Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Office do not have any information on why the debtors included you on this list. If you believe you are NOT a creditor in any of the cases and have received these notices in error, you may submit a written request to the Bankruptcy Court to be removed from the creditor list. If you do so, you will receive no further notices or information about the cases once your request is processed. Your request must include the name(s) and case number(s) of the debtor(s), which are noted on the notice you received. Your request should be mailed to the Clerk's Office in Minneapolis.
