Answer:
The ePOC submission page has a fairly short timeout (maybe 1.5 to 2 minutes) that will cause a 'Code not verified' error. If you have many documents to attach, either combine them into a single PDF, or have them staged in a folder to make them easy to find and attach.
For other error messages, go back through the claim form and make sure all required information has been added, including:
- the complete creditor name and address
- the amount of the claim
- the correct option for filing supporting documentation
- the identity of the filer in #8 and a name in the signature box
If all information has been properly entered and you continue to receive an error message upon submission, contact the court's Technical Help Desk at HelpDesk@mnb.uscourts.gov.
