How do I change my CM/ECF password?

Answer: 

Once your PACER and CM/ECF accounts are linked, your CM/ECF password is invalid.

To change your PACER password, Go to the PACER website, select My Account & Billing=>Manage My Account Login=>Log in to Manage My Account.  Login in using your PACER credentials.  On the Settings tab, click Change Password.
