Chief Judge Constantine’s February Chapter 13 Calendar is set for Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Please note that the Clerk’s Office will be closed the preceding day, Monday, February 16, 2026, in observance of Presidents Day.

Due to the Court closure any agreed continuances, proposed cure orders, or withdrawals of motions related to Chief Judge Constantine’s Chapter 13 Calendar must be filed no later than 1:00 pm on Friday, February 13, 2026, to ensure they are processed before the holiday weekend. Filings submitted after this deadline will not be reflected on the public calendar and will not be processed before the commencement of the hearing.
