Please remember, if an amendment to a petition to correct the debtor’s name or social security number is filed after the notice of meeting of creditors has been noticed, debtors represented by an attorney must file a notice of corrected case title and serve all creditors. The clerk recommends filing the certificate of service of such notice with the amended petition.
