The Judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota have approved for notice and comment changes to Local Rule 3015-2(b). The text of the proposed rule is available below. Comments will be accepted through January 12, 2009.

    PROPOSED LOCAL RULE 3015-2(b)

    (b)       Postconfirmation Modification. Local Rule 3019-2 applies to postconfirmation modification of a Chapter 13 plan. Any motion seeking a reduction of the debtor’s chapter 13 plan payment shall include a verified statement of the debtor’s monthly income and itemized deductions, and itemized monthly living expenses.
