Judge Dreher is implementing a new calendaring system for motions for relief from stay. Attorneys will no longer need to contact the calendar clerk for a hearing date. Motions for relief from stay will be scheduled each Thursday at 2:30 pm (except Thursdays that are holidays). Attorneys can select their own hearing date(s), which must be at least 14 days after the date of service of their motion. BE ADVISED THAT THIS NEW PROCEDURE APPLIES ONLY TO JUDGE DREHER'S CASES.
