The Eighth Circuit Judicial Council has approved promulgation of new Local Rule 4001-1, new Local Form 4001-1, amended Local Rule 4004-1 and new Local Form 4004-1. In addition, the Council approved abrogation of Local Form 2002-4(c).

Local Rule 4001-1 and Local Form 4001-1 shall apply to all motions for relief from stay filed on and after October 1, 2009.

Local Rule 4004-1and Local Form 4004-1 shall apply to all chapter 13 cases filed on or after October 17, 2005 and in which a discharge has not been entered before October 1, 2009.

Local Form 4004-1 can be filed to CM/ECF using the Chapter 13 Debtor Certifications event, found under Post-Petition Events, then Debtor Certifications.
