There will be NO chapter 13 confirmation calendar on July 2, 2009. Accordingly, the July confirmation calendar has been adjusted as follows:

July 16, 2009: Judge O'Brien
July 23, 2009: Judge Kressel
July 30, 2009: Judge Kishel
Some notices in Minneapolis cases have been sent out with the incorrect July confirmation date. Amended 341 notices with the corrected confirmation date will be sent out this week.
