Applications are currently being accepted for the position of Law Clerk for United States Bankruptcy Judge beginning approximately September 6, 2016. To qualify for the position of Law Clerk to a Federal Judge, a person must be a law school graduate (or certify completion of all law school studies and requirements and be merely awaiting conferment of a degree).
