The Gerald W. Heaney Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse and Customshouse in Duluth, Minnesota, including the Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Office, will be closed to the public for business on Monday, June 15, 2020, in remembrance of the lives of Isaac McGhie, Elmer Jackson and Elias Clayton, who were lynched in Duluth on June 15, 1920.
