Due to the migration to NextGen, the CM/ECF filing system for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. Thursday, March 18, through 8:00 a.m. Monday, March 22. If you have an emergency filing during that time call the Clerk’s Office for instructions. If you have an emergency filing over the weekend, contact the Clerk at lori_vosejpka@mnb.uscourts.gov. Otherwise, mail documents to the Court and they will be processed when CM/ECF is available and will be treated as filed on the date they were received.
