The Clerk’s Office is now issuing a Notice of Partial Case Filing when a case is filed that is missing documents or when the documents filed are nonconforming or using an outdated version of the form. This notice replaces the former Order of Partial Case Filing. Parties must still file all missing, nonconforming, or outdated documents within 14 days from the date the petition was filed.
