Effective December 1, 2023, certain Bankruptcy filing fees and miscellaneous fees will increase. 

In order to avoid delays with processing requests for copies or certified Bankruptcy records, please review the adjusted fees before submitting requests to the Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office.  Requests that are accompanied by insufficient funds for payment will be returned to the sender.
