The Bankruptcy Court will upgrade to CM/ECF 5.1 April 19-21. CM/ECF will be shut down on Friday, April 19 at 6:30 p.m. after which the system's filing and search features will not be available. The SEARCH only capability will again be available from Saturday morning until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 22, when normal operations will resume.

Please note that while access to online opinions through the Government Printing Office is a feature of 5.1, it will be implemented at a later date.
The claims transfer fee will become effective on May 1, 2013.
