The Bankruptcy Court will be closed on Monday, December 24, Tuesday, December 25, Monday, December 31 and Tuesday, January 1 for the holidays.

In the event of a partial government shutdown, the Bankruptcy Court will be open and will maintain normal operations on December 26 through 28, 2018 and January 2 through 4, 2019. All proceedings and deadlines remain in effect as scheduled and CM/ECF will be available for the electronic filing and review of documents.
