You may have recently received a Notice of Confirmation and Effective Date of Debtors' and Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors' Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation Dated October 31, 2017  in the mail.  The notice states that those holders of ADMINISTRATIVE CLAIMS shall file and serve the Liquidating Trustee with such claims.  Administrative Claims are based on goods or services that help in the administration of a bankruptcy estate during a bankruptcy case.  If you have already filed a claim and are unsure if you need to file anything further please contact the servicing agent, Donlin Recano at 800-591-8236.
