Amendments to Local Rules 2014-1(b), 3015-1, 3015-2, 3015-3, 3016-1, 3017-1, 3017.1-1, 3018-1, 3019-2, 3020-1, 3020-2, 3020-3, 9011-4 and 9013-5 will take effect January 1, 2021 and will apply in all cases filed on and after January 1, 2021.

Many of these amendments reorganize rather than substantively change existing rules on chapter 11, 12 and 13 plans and confirmation.
