On August 18, 2020, Chief U.S. District Court Judge John Tunheim updated the entrance protocols for all U.S. Courthouses in Minnesota to reflect that anyone who has traveled within the last 14 days to any country or area identified by the CDC as “Level 3: COVID-19 Risk is High” is prohibited from entering the courthouse.
