The Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota will be closing the Intake Counter in the Saint Paul Office due to COVID-related staffing issues starting Wednesday, January 5 through Friday, January 7, 2022.

Court staff will be available by phone to assist callers with inquiries and provide guidance on filing documents and making payments.

The Minneapolis and Duluth Intake Counters will remain open during this time to accept filings that would normally be submitted at the Intake Counter in Saint Paul.
