Please remember, if an amendment to a petition to correct the debtor’s name or social security number is filed after the notice of meeting of creditors has been entered on the docket, debtors represented by an attorney must file a notice of corrected case title and serve all creditors. The clerk's office recommends filing the certificate of service of such notice with the amended petition.
