The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota is issuing for public comment proposed amendments to several local rules in the 5000, 6000, and 7000 series. The proposed amendments include two new Local Forms to be maintained by the Clerk of Court: Registry Deposit Information Form and Registry Withdrawal Payee Information Form. The Court also seeks to abrogate three forms.

Comments should be provided in writing to the Clerk of Court at bankruptcypracticecommittee@mnb.uscourts.gov. The Court will consider adoption of the proposed amendments after reviewing any comments or suggestions submitted on or before January 26, 2024.
