The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota is issuing for public comment proposed amendments to Local Form 9013-2, which is being renumbered to Local Form 9013-1. For more information about the proposed amendments, read the Public Notice.

Comments should be provided in writing to the Clerk of Court at bankruptcypracticecommittee@mnb.uscourts.gov. The Court will consider adoption of the proposed amendments after reviewing any comments or suggestions submitted on or before March 17, 2023.
