The Warren E. Burger Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in St. Paul will be closed starting January 20, 2022 through the conclusion of an ongoing high-profile trial. The Court will send an updated announcement when the courthouse will reopen. Admittance into the St. Paul Courthouse will be strictly prohibited. Please see the District Court’s General Order for more information about this closure and the restrictions on access to the St. Paul Courthouse.

During the closure, mail to the St. Paul courthouse could be disrupted or delayed.

• If filing a proof of claim, it is highly recommended that you use the Electronic Proof of Claim filing system, which is available on our website.

The courthouse closure will not impact CM/ECF.

The Minneapolis and Duluth Courthouses will remain open and unaffected.
