CM/ECF will be unavailable from Monday, November 30 at 2 pm through Tuesday, December 1 at 2 am for system upgrades in connection with the new official bankruptcy forms that take effect December 1, 2015.

The Bankruptcy Court will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 26 and 27, but CM/ECF will be fully operational for filing throughout the holiday weekend. Attorneys and parties should plan to complete all filings using current forms before 2 pm on Monday, November 30, which is the Monday after the Thanksgiving weekend.
