You received these notices because you were among the 18,000 individuals or entities identified by the debtors as their creditors. Please be advised that employees of the Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Office do not have any information on why the debtors included you on this list. If you believe you are NOT a creditor in any of the cases and have received these notices in error, you may submit a written request to the Bankruptcy Court to be removed from the creditor list. If you do so, you will receive no further notices or information about the cases once your request is processed. Your request must include the name(s) and case number(s) of the debtor(s), which are noted on the notice you received. Your request should be mailed to the Clerk's Office in Minneapolis.
