The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota is amending several local rules in the 1000 and 9000 series. The amendments include two new Local Rules: Local Rule 9013-4. Corporate Ownership Statements and Local Rule 9036-1. Notice and Service on Non-Filing Users and Trustees. The Court is also abrogating three forms and amending and renumbering Local Form 9013-2. The amendments will take effect on July 17, 2023.
