The U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Minnesota has approved amendments to Local Form 3015-1, Chapter 13 Plan Form. The form amendments take effect on January 1, 2022. The Court is also issuing for public comment proposed amendments to Local Rule 3007-1, Claims-Objections. The deadline to submit a public comment to the proposed amendments is December 31, 2021.
