Why aren't I receiving emails from the court?

If you do not receive any response from an email to the court, the problem may be your email provider. One of the criteria that some "spam" (junk email) filters use to identify potential spammers is volume of emails. Since there is so much email noticing by the U.S. Courts, some of those filters may flag anything from a uscourts.gov address as spam. Please check your deleted mail folder, and ask your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to "white list" court addresses.
