If I am an attorney, how do I pay filing fees that were not paid at the time of filing?

Answer:

Filing fees are due at the time of filing. Filing fees that are not paid at the time of filing must be paid by card by 11:59 p.m. on the date in which they were incurred. If payment is not received, the user will receive an e-mail warning and will be blocked from filing until fees are paid. The user will be able to log into CM/ECF, but no filing options will be available.

To make a payment, log into CM/ECF and select Utilities ⇒ Your Account Internet Payments Due Pay Now.  Pay.gov opens in a new window.  If no window appears, it may be behind another window on your screen or your browser may have pop-up blockers activated.  Pop up blockers must be turned off in CM/ECF to allow payment by credit card.

Enter credit card information and make payment.
