Can my DeBN account be deactivated by the BNC or the Bankruptcy Court?

Answer:

Yes.

The BNC may disable your DeBN account if the BNC is notified of an email delivery failure ("bounce-back").  If this occurs, you will receive a paper copy of the order or notice through the U.S. Mail.

The Bankruptcy Court may disable your DeBN account if your mailing address on file with the court changes and it no longer matches the address on your DeBN account.  If this occurs, you will receive paper copies of orders and court-generated notices through the U.S. Mail.
