The Court has updated its Guidance: Applications for Compensation by Debtors’ Attorneys in Chapter 13 Cases. The updates appear in new part X to address the procedure when a case is dismissed before a chapter 13 plan is confirmed. The updated Guidance may be found on the Local Rules and Attorney Procedures pages of the Court’s website.
