I clicked the Submit Claim button and received an error message. What do I do?

Answer: 

 
When you receive an error message, go back through the claim form and make sure all required information has been added, including:

  • the complete creditor name and address
  • the amount of the claim
  • the correct option for filing supporting documentation
  • the idenity of the filer in #8 and a name in the signature box
  • the correct entry of the verification code

If all information has been properly entered and you continue to receive an error message upon submission, contact the court's Technical Help Desk at 612-664-5275.
