I filed a claim and my attachments did not properly attach to the claim filed. How do I get the supporting documentation filed?

Answer:

To file an attachment in support of a claim that has already been filed, first ensure that the attachment is in PDF format, is in black and white (no color documents), and is less than 4 MB in size.

File an amended claim (be sure to check the box on the form that designates the claim as amended and add the claim number of the original claim) and attach the correct PDF attachment.

Alternatively, if the attachment is of a type described in Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 3001(c)(1) (the writing on which a claim is based) or 3001(d) (evidence of perfection of a security interest), you may file the attachment without amending the entire claim (see File a Claim Supplement (for Mortgage Claimants Only!) or Attachments under FRBP 3001(c)(1) or (d), above).
