With the NextGen upgrade, CM/ECF access is provided through PACER.
To change your PACER password, Go to the PACER website, select My Account & Billing=>Manage My Account Login=>Log in to Manage My Account. Login in using your PACER credentials. On the Settings tab, click Change Password.
