Some users have encountered blank documents, which may be related to the PDF reader.
1. Update the Adobe Reader to the lastest version at http://get.adobe.com/reader/
2. Turn off headers for documents in CM/ECF:
- Select the Utilities menu in CM/ECF
- Select Maintain your ECF account
- De-select the box for Add Headers to PDF Documents
- Select Submit
3. Rather than using the plugin that opens the PDF document in the browser, follow these steps to open the PDF document in a new window:
- Open Adobe Acrobat
- Select Edit ⇒ Preferences
- Select Internet
- De-select the box for Display PDF in browser
- Select OK
